Rooms 1 and 4 are small basic rooms ideal for 1 ,2 and 3 persons clean presentable and shared facilities , Rooms 2 and 3 are large rooms again refurbished recently and are large airy rooms (room 2 can sleep upto 5 persons and room 3 can sleep upto 4 ) Rooms 5 & 6 are our premier rooms both refurbished recently ,complete with plasma tvs ,Egyptian cotton towels and are ensuite ...and nice!!
Rooms 7 & 8 are our latest additions , they are literally across a corridor from each other and share a toilet/bathroom , brand spanking new (Aug 2011) again clean and basic furnishings and £600 worth of new carpets too !!!
Fantastic location : Car Park at rear : Bus stop 2 mins walk ( 9 mins to Brighton pier ) Preston Park train station 2 mins walk away (6 mins to Brighton central ) .
Based on the main London to Brighton overlooking the glorious Preston park ! Nice leisurely walk through Preston Park onto London Road shops and you will come across the fabulous St Peters Church and then your only a few minutes walk to Brighton Pier would take a leisurely 20 mins .
Night buses run literally all night long and to give you an idea a local taxi ride to the centre of Brighton would be around £5.60 (Aug 2011)
